摘要
装配式建筑具有绿色节能,环保高效的特点,是建筑业转型升级的必然趋势.采用了灰色GM(1,1)模型对建筑行业及装配式建筑的产值进行预测分析,并结合国家发展规划,针对目前存在的问题提出合理的建议.
Assembled building has the characteristics of green energy-saving, environmental protection and high efficiency, which is the inevitable trend of transformation and upgrading of the construction industry. In this paper, the grey GM(1,1) model is used to forecast and analyze the output value of the construction industry and assembly building industry. Combined with the corresponding development plan, some reasonable suggestions are put forward for the existing problems.
