摘要
志愿服务作为校园文化建设的重要方面,对大学生的思想价值观念和行为模式起着重要作用,民族院校因其地域和文化特点而具有民族特殊性,创建具有民族特色的志愿服务品牌,对培养少数民族学生的民族文化自觉意识、维护民族安定团结、传承并繁荣民族地区经济文化具有特殊意义。民族院校可以通过加强宣传教育,运用激励机制,进行平台整合,争取资金保障,开展专业培训,创新志愿服务形式,加强组织制度建设等方式,在校园文化中创建具备品牌识别特性和体现志愿服务个性化特质的志愿服务品牌。
As an important aspect of campus culture, volunteer service plays an important role in the ideological values and behavior patterns of college students. Because of their regional and cultural characteristics, minzu universities have their own national particularities. The establishment of volunteer service brands with national characteristics is of special significance to the cultivation of minority students' consciousness of national culture, the maintenance of national stability and unity, and the inheritance and prosperity of economic and cultural development in ethnic areas. By the ways of strengthening publicizing and education, applying incentive mechanism, integrating platforms, securing funds, setting up professional training, innovating forms of volunteer service, and strengthening the construction of organization system, minzu universities should create the volunteer service brand which has the characteristics of brand recognition and the embodiment of volunteer service individuality in the campus culture.
