摘要
基于25K型普速客车,运用多体动力学软件建立车辆-轨道耦合动力学模型,分析直线段、缓和曲线段存在不同基长和幅值的三角坑时,不同车速下列车运行时的安全性和舒适性,得到三角坑基长、幅值和车辆动力响应的关系,并根据既定的车辆动力响应评价标准,研究普速铁路三角坑管理标准。研究结果表明:相同基长下,幅值越大车辆动力响应越大;但相同幅值下,不同基长的三角坑对车辆动力响应的影响并不一致,三角坑基长较短时三角坑变化率限值均由轮重减载率控制,基长较长时三角坑变化率限值则由脱轨系数或轮重减载率控制。最后给出了我国普速铁路不同速度等级下三角坑管理标准建议值。
Based on 25 K normal speed train,a train-track coupling dynamics model was established by using multibody dynamics sof tware.The safety and comfort of train running at different speeds were analyzed when the track twists with different basal lengths and amplitudes were placed in straight line section and transition curve section.The relationships between basal length,amplitude of track twist and vehicle dynamic response were calculated. The management standard of track twist for normal speed railway was studied according to the established evaluation standard of vehicle dynamic response.The results showthat,with the same basal length,the greater the amplitude,the greater the vehicle dynamic response.However,with the same amplitude,the influences of track twists with different basal lengths on vehicle dynamic response are not consistent. The change rate limits of the track twists are all controlled by wheel unloading rate when the basal lengths of the track twists are short,and the change rate limits of the track twists are controlled by wheel unloading rate or derailment coefficient when the basal lengths of the track twists are long. At last,the track twist management standard recommended values for normal speed railway at different speeds were put forward.
