316不锈钢1英寸小径管工艺管线焊缝超声相控阵检验工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过设计制作相关试块,开发PAUT检验工艺,实现对316不锈钢1英寸小径管工艺管线焊缝的检验。结果表明,相控阵检测结果与射线结果相对应,无漏检情况发生,且检测精度较高。该成果可对今后同类工艺管线焊缝的检验提供技术支持。 In this paper,the PAUT inspection process is developed by designing and manufacturing the relevant test blocks to realize the inspection of the weld of 316 stainless steel 1 inch small diameter process pipeline.The results show that the phased array detection results correspond to the X-ray results,there is no missing detection,and the detection accuracy is high.The results can provide technical support for the future inspection of pipeline welds with similar technology.
