摘要
采用一步法制备硬质聚氨酯(PUR)/膨胀蛭石(EM)复合保温材料,探讨了EM不同粒径(0.5~1,1~3,3~6 mm)以及不同填充比(5%,10%,20%,30%)对复合材料性能的影响.结果表明,EM的添加显著提高了硬质PUR/EM复合材料的压缩性能,当加入10%粒径为3~6 mm的EM时复合材料的压缩强度由0.12 MPa提高到0.36 MPa;随着粒径和填充比的增大,复合材料密度增大,泡孔直径减小;热导率低于0.05 W/(m·K).当加入5%的粒径为1~3 mm的EM时,复合材料的热导率低至0.029 W/(m·K).EM的添加提高了复合材料的阻燃效果,当加入30%EM(3~6 mm)时,极限氧指数增加了15%达到21.1%.
Rigid polyurethane/expanded vermiculite composite insulation materials were prepared by one-step method. The effects of different particle sizes (0.5–1 mm,1–3 mm,3–6 mm) and filling ratios (5%,10%,20%,30%) of expanded vermiculite on the properties of the composite were discussed. The results show that the compressive strength of composites increase from 0.12 MPa to 0.36 MPa when 10% of the expanded vermiculite (3–6 mm) are added. With the increase of particle size and filling ratio,the density of composite increase and the cell diameter decrease,and the thermal conductivity are lower than 0.05 W/(m · K). When 5% expanded vermiculite (1–3 mm) are added,the thermal conductivity of the composite are as low as 0.029 W/(m · K). The addition of expanded vermiculite improved the flame retardancy of the composites. When 30% expanded vermiculite (3–6 mm) are added, the LOI of composites increase by 15% to 21.1%.
