摘要
目的对血清趋化因子RANTES、MIP-1α、IP-10水平在慢性心力衰竭患者中检测的价值进行探讨。方法选取我院2017年1月~2018年9月内科收治的慢性心力衰竭患者80例作为观察组,选取同期40例健康体检者作为对照组,对两组血清趋化因子RANTES、MIP-1α、IP-10水平检测结果及预后进行对比。结果在RANTES、MIP-1α、IP-10三项指标检测结果方面,观察组均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中,心功能分级不同的患者各血清趋化因子水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),呈现出心功能越差,RANTES、MIP-1α、IP-10各指标水平越高的趋势;通过Pearson相关分析发现,观察组患者血清RANTES、MIP-1α、IP-10水平与LVEF均呈负相关(P<0.05)。从预后结果来看,慢性心力衰竭患者预后越差,RANTES、MIP-1α、IP-10水平越高。结论对于慢性心力衰竭患者而言,病情越严重或预后越差,血清趋化因子RANTES、MIP-1α、IP-10水平越高,因此上述指标可考虑作为慢性心力衰竭病情严重程度及预后判断的指标。
Objective To explore values of detecting serum chemokine RANTES, MIP-1α, and IP-10 levels in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 80 patients with chronic heart failure who were admitted to the department of internal medicine of our hospital from January 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the observation group.40 healthy cases were selected as the control group.The serum chemokine RANTES and MIP-1α were selected. Detecting results of serum chemokine RANTES, MIP-1α,and IP-10 levels and prognosis were compared between two groups. Results In the detection results of RANTES,MIP-1α and IP-10 levels,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).In the observation group,the levels of serum chemokine in patients with different cardiac function grades were significantly different (P < 0.05).It showed the trend that the worse the cardiac function was, the higher the RANTES,MIP-1α,and IP-10 levels were.Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum RANTES,MIP-1α,and IP-10 levels were negatively correlated with LVEF in the observation group (P < 0.05).In terms of prognosis,the worse the prognosis of patients with chronic heart failure was,the higher the levels of RANTES, MIP-1α,and IP-10 were. Conclusion For patients with chronic heart failure,the more severe the condition is or the worse the prognosis is,the higher the levels of serum chemokine RANTES,MIP-1α,and IP-10 are. Therefore,the above indicators can be considered as the severity and prognosis of chronic heart failure.
