摘要
“一带一路”倡议为民营企业“走出去”创造了良好国际环境,带来了前所未有的机遇。但由于国外市场信息不足、融资困难和投资风险高,多数民营企业面对“走出去”仍“望而却步”,甚至半途而废,可持续性不强。基于此,应大力培育中介服务机构,完善信息服务平台,缓解民营企业信息不足困境;促进人才引进来与走出去相结合,打破民营企业的“人才”瓶颈;推动企业融资方式多样化,融资主体多元化,破解民营企业融资约束难题;建立风险评估预警体系,完善风险规避体制,化解民营企业的投资风险。
The Belt and Road initiative creates a good international environment for private enterprises′going out,and brings unprecedented opportunities.However,because of information insufficiency of foreign markets,financing difficulties and high investment risks,most private enterprises step back or even give up halfway in the face of going out,the sustainability is low.Based on this,it is necessary to cultivate intermediary service institutions,improve information service platform and alleviate the dilemma of information insufficiency of private enterprises;promote the combination of talent introduction and going out to break the talent bottleneck of private enterprises;promote the diversification of enterprise financing methods and financing subjects,break the financing constraints of private enterprises;establish a risk assessment and early warning system,improve the risk aversion system,and defuse investment risks of private enterprises.
