银耳多糖的活性炭脱色工艺研究 被引量:10

摘要 银耳中银耳多糖有极其高的开发价值。通过研究活性炭对银耳多糖的脱色影响,以银耳多糖的脱色率、脱色后多糖的保留率作为考察指标,设计单因素实验和正交试验,分析出银耳多糖活性炭脱色的最佳条件。实验结果显示,银耳多糖活性炭脱色的最佳条件为:时间45min,温度60℃,活性炭使用量1.5%,多糖溶液pH值5.0,脱色率为87.6%,多糖保留率为83.1%。 Tremella fuciformis polysaccharides have extremely high development value. In this experiment, the decolorization of Tremella fuciformis polysaccharides was studied by using activated carbon. The decolorization rate and retention rate of Tremella fuciformis polysaccharides were used as indicators. The effects of decolorization time, decolorization temperature, amount of activated carbon and PH value on the decolorization of Tremella polysaccharides were studied by single factor experiments. The orthogonal test was designed to analyze the optimum conditions for the decolorization of Tremella polysaccharides. The experimental results show that the best conditions for decolorization of Tremella polysaccharides are: decolorization time 45min, decolorization temperature 60 ℃, activated carbon dosage 1.5 %, pH value 5.0, decolorization rate 87.6 %, polysaccharide retention rate 83.1 %.
