马占相思栲胶-糠醇热固性树脂制备及其主要性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了研究马占相思栲胶-糠醇热固性树脂的制备方法,并对获得树脂材料进行评价,探明马占相思栲胶-糠醇树脂工业应用的可能性。试验选一定比例混合的马占相思栲胶和糠醇进行树指合成,同时添加适量的对甲苯磺酸作为固化剂,在一定温度下进阶升温温固化而获得树脂,通过SEM、XRD、接触角测定仪和TG分别表征其微观结构、结晶性、润湿性和耐热性能,按照国家标准GB/T 10402-2006、GB/T 1843-2008和GB/T 1410-2006对其进行主要力学和电学性能评价。结果发现:马占相思栲胶、糠醇按照1:3比例混合,65%对甲苯磺酸溶液调节溶液pH值至2.8,获得马占相思栲胶-糠醇树脂浇注体,置于恒温鼓风干燥箱60℃、100℃、150℃三段式烘干并阶进式升温固化,可获得马占相思栲胶-糠醇热固性树脂。肉眼观察树脂表面光滑平整,SEM发现树脂内部有较均匀细小孔洞,XRD结果显示结晶度为6.02%,具有较好的疏水性,热稳定性好,密度为1.22~1.43 g·cm^-3,拉伸强度为8.4~10.5 MPa,断裂伸长率为1.7%~2.1%,冲击强度为5.6~9.3KJ·m^-2,体积电阻为1 010~1 014Ω·cm,介电常数为2.7×10^6~3.8×10^6 Hz。综上结果马占相思木栲胶-糠醇树脂有良好的性能,在工业生产中应用潜力很大。 An Acacia mangium tannin-furanic thermosetting resin(TE-F) was synthesized using renewable bio-source materials coming from tree barks and corns. TE-F was characterized by SEM, XRD、Drop Shape Analyzer and TG. The mechanical and electrical performances of TE-F were valued according to thecriteria of GB/T 10402-2006, GB/T 1843-2008 and GB/T 1410-2006. The excellent resin was obtained performing the reaction of the ratio 1:3 of tannin extracts and furfuryl alcohol, adding the hardening agent of p-toluenesulfonic acid. SEM and XRD confirmed that the crystal of resin is short and the resin was well unformed. The waterproof of resin surface was excellent. The fine thermal stability was also found. The results showed that the density of TE-F was arranged between 1.22 and 1.43 g/cm^3, and the tension strength of TE-F was caught between 8.4 and 10.5 MPa, and the impact strength of TE-F was inspected between 5.6 and 9.3 KJ·m^-2, and the volume resistivity of TE-F was investigated between 1 010 and 1 014 Ω·cm, and the permittivity of TE-F was examined between 2.7×10^6 and 3.8×10^6 Hz.Thence, TE-F possessing excellent performances and properties would be potentially explored in the industry.
