摘要
目的探讨药剂师干预在提升慢性疾病用药中所发挥的效果。方法选择2018年2月-2019年2月在本院接受治疗的100例慢性疾病患者作为此次研究的一般对象,并采取随机分组的方式将其均分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组患者通过常规用药方式进行用药治疗,观察组在此基础之上通过药剂师干预对患者进行用药治疗,对两组的用药依从性以及治疗后6个月复发率进行对比。结果观察组的依从性以及治疗后6个月的复发率相较于对照组更具优势,两组有显性差异,有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论在对慢性疾病患者进行用药治疗的过程中,可将药剂师干预纳入到临床用药之中,从而使患者的依从性提升,并降低因用药不科学合理造成的复发事件的可能性,进而使用药治疗的效果得到提升。
Objective To explore the effect of pharmacist intervention in promoting the use of drugs for chronic diseases.Methods 100 patients with chronic diseases treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February2019 were selected as the general object of this study.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated by routine medication.On this basis,the patients in the observation group were treated by pharmacist intervention.The drug compliance and the recurrence rate of 6 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compliance and recurrence rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group 6 months after treatment.There was significant difference between the two groups,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Pharmacist intervention can be incorporated into clinical medication in the course of medication treatment for patients with chronic diseases,so that patients’ compliance can be improved and the possibility of recurrence events caused by irrational medication can be reduced,and the effect of medication treatment can be improved.
