3种种衣剂对玉米田地下害虫及茎腐病的防治效果 被引量:17

Control Effect of Three Kinds of Seed-coating Agents on Underground Corn Pests and Stalk Rot

摘要 [目的]明确60%吡虫啉FS+6%戊唑醇FS、27%苯醚·咯·噻虫FS及29%噻虫·咯·霜灵FS 3种种衣悬浮剂对玉米田地下害虫和茎腐病的田间防效,以及对玉米产量、果穗性状的影响。[方法] 2018年在凤城草河、大堡2个地点同时进行田间药效试验。[结果]根据2个试验点的调查结果,3种药剂对玉米生长安全无药害,对玉米地下害虫和茎腐病均有一定防效,能不同程度的提高玉米产量。从防虫效果看,60%吡虫啉FS 2.4 g/kg+6%戊唑醇FS 0.09 g/kg和29%噻虫·咯·霜灵FS 1.16 g/kg对地下害虫的平均防效可达60%以上,显著高于27%苯醚·咯·噻虫FS 1.08 g/kg。对茎腐病的防效,29%噻虫·咯·霜灵FS 1.16 g/kg对茎腐病的防效超过65%,显著优于其他2种药剂。[结论]使用29%噻虫·咯·霜灵FS 1.16 g/kg既能有效防治地下害虫,又能控制茎腐病的发生,起到一药多效的效果,成为玉米种衣剂的理想选择。 [Aims] This study aims to id entify the field efficacy of three kinds of flowable concentrate seed-coating against underground pests and stalk rot, and the effect on corn yield and ear characters.[Methods] The field efficacy trials were conducted at Caohe and Dabao plots in 2018.[Results] According to the investigation results, the three kinds of seed coating formulations were safety to maize, and had certain control efficacy against underground pests and stalk rot,and improved corn yield. The average control effect of imidacloprid 60% FS 2.4 g/kg + tebuconazole 6% FS 0.09 g/kg and thiamethoxan·fludioxonil·metalaxyl-m 29% FS 1.16 g/kg on underground pests reached more than 60%, significantly higher than that of difenconazole·fludioxonil·thiamethoxam 27% FS 1.08 g/kg. The cntrol efficacy of thiamethoxan·fludioxonil·metalaxyl-m 29% FS 1.16 g/kg against stalk rot was over 65%, which was significantly better than the other two agents.[Conclusions] Thiamethoxan·fludioxonilometalaxyl-m 29% FS 1.16 g/kg has a multi-effect, which can not only effectively control underground pests, but also control the stem rot, and can be used as an ideal seed coating agent.
