摘要
目的调查大专生毕业前的心理健康状况,为实施心理健康干预措施提供理论依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对河南省洛阳市290名大专毕业生进行心理健康状况问卷调查。结果 1)大专毕业生的心理异常检出率为21.7%;排在前三位的心理症状依次为强迫、敌对、人际关系敏感。2)大专毕业生的九项因子分均高于国内青年组常模(P <0.001);除人际关系敏感、抑郁及精神病性外,大专毕业生其他各因子分均高于全国大学生常模(P <0.001)或(P <0.05);大专毕业生中女生的抑郁和恐怖因子分均高于男生(P <0.05)。结论大专毕业生的心理状况不容忽视,建议大专院校为学生开展具有针对性的心理干预措施。
Objective To investigate the mental health status of junior college students before graduation, hence to provide references for improving their psychological health level. Methods Using Self-reporting Inventory(SCL-90) to evaluate 290 junior college graduates in Luoyang City, He’nan Province. Results 1) The screening showed that 21.7% of junior college graduates had positive results;obsessive-compulsive, anger-hostility and interpersonal sensitivity were top three among the 9 psychological factors. 2) Scores of all the 9 psychological factors in junior college graduates were much higher than those of the national youth norm(P < 0.001). Except interpersonal sensitivity, depression and paranoid ideation, scores of the rest 6 factors were higher than those of college students norm(P < 0.001 or P < 0.05). Compared with those of male graduates, scores of depression and phobic anxiety in female graduates were significantly higher(P < 0.05). Conclusion The mental health status of junior college graduates should not be ignored, and psychological intervention is suggested to prevent mental crisis.
