摘要
海洋战略性新兴产业是引导海洋经济发展的重要增长点。在综合考虑海洋战略性新兴产业内涵和特征的基础上,从产业全局性、先导性、技术创新性和关联性4个方面构建中国海洋战略性新兴产业选择评价指标体系,并采用熵值法对海洋战略性新兴产业评价指标权重进行客观赋值,引入模糊综合评价法对中国海洋战略性新兴产业进行了筛选。实证结果表明:海洋电力和海水利用业、海洋生物医药业、海洋船舶工业、滨海旅游业、海洋化工业可以作为中国的海洋战略性新兴产业进行培育。
Marine strategic emerging industries is an important growth point to guide the development of marine economy.On the basis of considering the connotation and characteristics of marine strategic emerging industries comprehensively,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of China's marine strategic emerging industries from the 4 aspects of the industry's comprehensiveness,precursory nature,technology innovation and relevance,and uses the entropy method to objectively assign the weights of the evaluation indexes of marine strategic emerging industries.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was introduced to select the strategic emerging industries in China.The empirical results show that:marine electric power and seawater utilization,marine bio medicine,marine shipbuilding industry,coastal tourism,marine chemical industry can be developed as China′s marine strategic emerging industries.
