摘要 曲线梁桥复杂的空间几何形式使其结构受力与直线梁桥有较大差别,预应力筋作为桥梁结构的重要组成部分,科学合理的设计与高标准的施工技术水平对保障桥梁运营的安全稳定极为关键.而实际施工中,预应力筋常常会出现定位偏差的不良工程现象,尤其是对于曲线梁桥这类空间受力极为复杂的结构,这一现象的出现必将给桥梁带来极大的危害.为研究预应力筋偏位影响,以武汉长丰大道二环线至三环线快速高架中的L14联为研究对象,采用三维实体有限元法,通过力筋耦合建模手段,设置四类箱梁腹板钢束偏位工况,从整体到局部全面分析预应力筋定位偏差对弯梁桥空间结构受力的影响.结果表明,预应力筋定位偏差将对桥梁结构受力带来较大的负面作用. The complicated spatial geometry of curved girder bridge makes its structural stress quite different from that of straight girder bridge. As an importantcomponent of bridge structures, the scientific and reasonable design and high standard construction technology are crucial to ensure the safety and stability of bridge operation. However, in the actual construction, the positioning deviation of prestressed tendons often occurs, especially for curved girder bridges with extremely complex spatial stress, which will bring great harm to the bridge. In order to study the influence of prestressed tendon deflection, the L14 joint of the second ring road to the third ring road rapid elevated line of Chang Feng avenue in Wuhan was taken as the research object. The three- dimensional solid finite element method was adopted to set up four types of web steel beam deflection conditions of box girder through the coupling modeling method of force tendon. The influence of the positioning deviation of prestressed tendon on the spatial structure of curved girder bridge was comprehensively analyzed from the whole to the part. The results show that the misalignment of prestressed tendons will bring great negative effect on the stress of bridge structure.
