摘要
针对船舶在航行中存在的异常行为,基于电子海图平台ECIVMSSDK,采用提出的时空分析法及航行状态判定法,有针对性的从船舶位置、间距、轨迹、航向、航速等方面对其进行研究及显示.通过实验,重点对船舶违法追越行为进行了研究,实验结果表明,船舶违法追越轨迹被描绘准确且船舶位置经纬度显示正确的准确率为82%,通过将其与位置及直观解算方法进行比较,可以得出应用于平台下此方法的数学模型得出的识别准确率更高,可实时对船舶异常行为进行监测,保障船舶安全航行.
According to the abnormal behavior of ships during navigation, based on the electronic chart platform ECIVMS SDK, the proposed time- space analysis method and navigation state determination method were adopted to study the abnormal behaviors of ships in terms of position, spacing, trajectory, heading, speed, etc. Through experiments, the illegal overtaking behavior of ships was mainly studied. The experimental results show that the illegal overtaking trajectory of the ship can be accurately depicted, and the longitude and latitude display accuracy of the ship's position is 82%. Compared with the position and visual solution algorithm, the identification accuracy obtained by the mathematical model of this method is higher.
