氧化-沉淀法处理无铬钝化电解锰污水 被引量:1

Treatment of Chromium-free Passivation Electrolytic Manganese Wastewater by Oxidation-Precipitation Method

摘要 为净化无铬钝化电解锰污水,采用响应面分析法研究了漂白粉、碳酸钠及污水三组分之间的制约关系,探讨了温度对污水处理效果的影响以及空气流量与搅拌转速对反应中"场""流"互作关系。结果表明,室温下,2 h内,搅拌转速为150 r/min时,179.3 m L污水需加入漂白粉12.92 g、十水碳酸钠13.08 g为该氧化-沉淀反应的优化配方。温度升高有利于氨氮的去除,空气流量与搅拌转速存在明显的"场""流"协同效应,且空气流量与氨氮含量和COD呈负相关性,所得水质优于GB 8978-2002一级排放标准。 In order to purify the chromium-free electrolytic manganese wastewater, the restricting relationship between bleach powder, sodium carbonate and wastewater was studied by response surface analysis. The effect of temperature on wastewater treatment, and the interaction between "field" and "flow" in precipitation reaction formed by air flow rate and stirring rate were discussed. The results showed that, under the room temperature, the stirring rate of 150 r/min and within 2 h, the optimum formulation of the oxidation-precipitation reaction followed as the addition of bleaching powder 12.91 g and sodium carbonate decahydrate 13.08 g for the wastewater of 179.3 mL. The increase of temperature was beneficial to the removal of ammonia nitrogen,and there was an obvious synergistic effect of ’field’ and ’flow’ between the air flow rate and the stirring rate, and the air flow was negatively correlated with the value of ammonia nitrogen and COD. The obtained water quality was superior to the first discharge standard of GB 8978-2002.
