摘要
由于地表建筑以及地下管道等情况复杂,故在对中心城区既有地下空间进行扩建时存在很多难题。以某待建工程为例,提出了一种采用水平顶管+内部结构托换的施工工艺进行水平向地下空间扩展施工的新方法,并利用数值软件分析了施工过程中可能出现的12种工况,对其结构的整体受力以及最不利工况下的应力进行了分析。计算结果表明,水平顶管与内部结构托换相结合的施工方法能够满足工程需求。
Because of the complexity of ground surface buildings and underground pipelines,there are many problems in the extension and reconstruction of existing underground space in the central urban city.Taking a project to be constructed as an example,a new kind of construction method of expanding horizontal underground space by horizontal pipe jacking+internal structure underpinning is put forward,and 12 possible working conditions in the construction process are analyzed by numerical software,and the overall stress of the structure and the stress under the most unfavorable working conditions are analyzed.The calculation results show that the construction method combining horizontal pipe jacking with internal structure underpinning can meet the engineering requirements.
