反复呼吸道感染患儿血清维生素A、E和体液免疫水平变化及临床意义的研究 被引量:47

Study on the Changes of the Levels of Serum Vitamin A and E and Humoral Immunity in Children with Recurrent Respiratory Infection and Their Clinical Significance

摘要 目的探讨反复呼吸道感染患儿血清维生素A、E和体液免疫水平变化及临床意义。方法将2016年7月至2018年6月四川大学华西第四医院收治的90例反复呼吸道感染患儿作为试验组,另选择同期于门诊体检的90例健康儿童作为对照组,两组患儿均进行血清维生素A、E及体液免疫指标(免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM)检测,比较其水平,并分析反复呼吸道感染患儿血清维生素A、E与体液免疫指标的相关性。结果试验组血清维生素A、E水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),维生素A、E正常率低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组血清IgA、IgG水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),IgM水平与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。反复呼吸道感染患儿血清维生素A、E与IgA呈正相关(P<0.05),与IgG、IgM均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论反复呼吸道感染患儿血清维生素A、E及IgG、IgA水平均较低,且维生素A、E与IgA具有相关性,及时补充维生素A、E可预防反复呼吸道感染发生,改善患儿免疫功能。 Objective To investigate the changes of the levels of serum vitamin A and E and humoral immunity in children with recurrent respiratory infection and their clinical significance. Methods A total of 90 children with recurrent respiratory infection treated in West China Fourth Hospital of Sichuan University from July of 2016 to June of 2018 were enrolled into the observation group, and the other 90 healthy children undergoing the physical examination over the corresponding period in the outpatient department were selected into the control group. The levels of serum vitamin A and E and humoral immune indicators (immunoglobulin IgA, IgG and IgM) in the two groups were detected and compared, and the correlation of serum vitamin A and E with the humoral immune indicators was analyzed. Results The levels of serum vitamin A and E and their normal rates in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P <0.05). The levels of IgA and IgG in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P <0.05), while there was no significant difference in the level of IgM between the two groups ( P >0.05). The levels of serum vitamin A and E were positively correlated with the level of IgA ( P <0.05) and they were not correlated with the levels of IgG and IgM ( P >0.05). Conclusion The levels of serum vitamin A and E, IgG and IgA are low in children with recurrent respiratory infection, and the levels of vitamin A and E are correlated with the level of IgA. The timely supplementation of vitamin A and E can prevent the occurrence of recurrent respiratory infection and improve the immune function of children with recurrent respiratory infection.
