摘要
建立并完善农村环境监测体系,不仅能摸清农村环境污染中存在的问题,而且能够与城市监测系统相结合,组建我国生态环境监测大数据管理平台,实现政府对城市和农村环境的协同管理,为环境大保护提供数据支撑。该文分析了农村环境污染的成因及监测现状,并提出了加强农村环境监测体系建设的对策建议。
Building a rural environmental monitoring system can not only find out the rural environment problem, but also integrate with the urban monitoring system to form a big data management platform for China′s ecological envi? ronment monitoring, realize the government′s coordinated management of urban and rural environments,and provide data support for environmental protection. This paper analyzes the rural environmental pollution sources and the status quo of rural environmental monitoring, which leads to the urgency and necessity of rural evironmental-monitoring work, and gives suggestions for the rural environmental monitoring system.
