摘要
采用Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机对实验高锰无磁钢进行等温、等速压缩实验,研究该钢种在变形温度为900~1100℃、应变速率为0.1~10.0s^-1条件下的热压缩变形行为.采用Zener-Hollomon参数法建立了高锰无磁钢高温变形的本构方程;以热压缩试验为基础,基于动态材料模型建立了实验钢种在不同应变下的热加工图,并进行分析,确定了该实验钢种的最佳热成形工艺参数.结果表明,实验钢种高温热变形最佳加工工艺变形温度为1050~1100℃,应变速率为0.1~0.3s^-1.
The hot compression behavior of high manganese non-magnetic steel was studied by the isothermal compression of cylindrical specimen in temperature range of 900~1 100 ℃ and strain rate range of 0.1~10.0 s^-1 through Gleeble-3500 simulated machine.The constitutive equation of high temperature thermal deformation of the tested steel at high temperature range was obtained by using Zener-Hollomon parameter method.According to the experimental results,the thermal processing maps based on the dynamic material model(DMM) under different strains were established and analyzed .The results show that,the optimum thermoforming process parameters for the experimental steel grade were determined.The optimum process parameters of the experimental steel at high temperature are deformation temperature 1 050~1 100 ℃ and strain rate of 0.1~0.3 s^-1 .
