摘要
目的:分析阴道超声对卵泡监测的效果及辅助生育成功率的影响。方法:选取2016年6月~2018年12月于本院进行辅助生育的患者185例,根据电脑随机分为对照组92例进行腹部超声卵泡监测,试验组93例进行阴道超声卵泡监测,对比两组监测效果和辅助生育成功率。结果:试验组成熟卵泡、小卵泡、卵丘、卵巢等数量均显著多于对照组,且辅助生育成功率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阴道超声对卵泡监测的效果较显著,对辅助生育成功率存在积极影响,能准确、清晰显示出卵巢、卵泡、卵丘的变化,可为患者辅助生育提供科学的影像参考和指导,有效提高辅助生育成功率,值得推广应用。
Objective: To analyze the effect of vaginal ultrasound on follicular monitoring and success rate of assisted fertility. Methods: A total of 185 patients with assisted reproduction from June 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled. According to the randomized selection of computer, 92 patients in control group underwent abdominal ultrasound follicle monitoring and 93 patients in experimental group underwent vaginal ultrasound follicle monitoring, compared the monitoring effect and success rate of assisted reproduction in the two groups. Results: The number of mature follicles,small follicles, cumulus and ovary in experimental group were significantly more than those in control group, and success rate of assisted fertility in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusions: The effect of vaginal ultrasound on follicular monitoring is significant, and it has a positive effect on the success rate of assisted fertility. It can accurately and clearly show the changes of ovary, follicle and cumulus, and can provide scientific image reference and guidance for assisted reproduction of patients. It can effectively improve the success rate of assisted reproduction, and it is worthy of promotion and application in follicular monitoring and assisted reproduction.
