摘要
介绍了光学塑料制品在注塑成型过程中的主要特点和难点,以及作者在德马格注塑机上实施的为解决光学塑料制品注塑成型问题的技术方案,包含螺杆表面PVD多层CrN镀膜技术,新型止回阀结构设计的螺杆头四件套以及低压注塑(或注射压缩)成型技术等。
this paper introduces the main characteristics and difficulties of optical plastic products in injection molding process,and the technical scheme implemented by the author on Demag injection molding machine to solve the injection molding problem of optical plastic products,including PVD multilayer CrN coating technology on screw surface,screw head four-piece sleeve designed by new check valve structure and low pressure injection molding (or injection compression) molding technology,etc.
