摘要
介绍了超高压水射流破拆混凝土系统的组成和工作原理。针对旋转破碎方式,从点破拆和面破拆两个方面分析了超高压水射流破拆混凝土的效率问题,研究了影响破拆效率的因素。研究表明,喷嘴载具在横梁上平移的速度越大,破拆深度越浅,但破拆效率越高。研究结果为破拆工艺参数选择提供了理论支持。
The paper introduced the constitution and the working principle of the super-pressure water jet concrete hydrodemolition system. And then, in view of the rotating demolition mode, it analyzed the efficiency of the super-pressure waterjet concrete hydrodemolition from the pointed demolition and faced demolition, and researched the factors affecting the demolition efficiency. The research showed: with the increase in the traverse speed of the nozzle carrier on the beam, the demolition depth became less, while the demolition efficiency became higher. The research results offered theoretical support for selection of the technical parameters of demolition.
