Design requirements of raw meal homogenization system was expounded,the application ofγ-ray analyzer in the raw meal system was introduced in details.γ-ray analyzer can thoroughly solve the problem of"representativeness"of the samples,with a high success rate of qualified materials,and it can simplify,optimize the homogenization chain,the factory covered area of dropped sharply.Investment of equipment,labor cost and raw meal preparation power consumption was significantly reduced.
