摘要
目的探讨中介素(intermedin,IMD)和内皮细胞特异性分子-1(endothelial cell specific molecule-1,ESM-1)在不同临床亚型急性冠状动脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome,ACS)患者中的差异,同时观察二者与ACS患者冠状动脉病变严重程度的相关性,探讨其临床意义.方法序贯入选2018年2月至2018年7月在徐州市中心医院住院并接受冠状动脉造影的ACS患者共52例,按临床诊断将ACS患者分为3组,再计算Gensini积分进行相关性研究,另设冠状动脉正常对照组.所有入选患者于入院次日晨空腹抽取静脉血进行测定.结果(1)ACS组及ACS各临床亚组患者IMD和ESM-1浓度上均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).(2)IMD和ESM-1与反映冠状动脉病变程度的Gensini积分存在正相关(r=0.693,P<0.05;r=0.701,P<0.05).结论ACS患者的IMD和ESM-1浓度高于正常对照组且与冠状动脉病变的严重程度有关;IMD和ESM-1可作为临床上评价入院ACS患者危险分层的有效、实用的新指标.
Objectives To study the diversity of concentrations of intermedin(IMD)and endothelial cell speci molecule-1(ESM-1)in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS),meanwhile,to investigate the relationships between the two biochemical markers above and the extent of coronary artery lesions of ACS.Methods A total of 52 patients with ACS admitted from February 2018 to July 2018 in Xuzhou Central Hospital were divided into 3 groups.These patients were also evaluated by Gensini score for a decision of coronary angiography(CAG)after admission.Normal volunteers were designated as control group.The venous blood samples were phlebotomized the next morning.Results(1)Significant differences in concentrations of IMD and ESM-1 were found between ACS group including the different clinical subgroups and normal group(P<0.05).(2)There is a positive correlation between concentrations of IMD and ESM-1 and Gensini score in ACS patients(r=0.693,P<0.05;r=0.701,P<0.05).Conclusions Concentrations of IMD and ESM-1 in patients with ACS were much higher than those in control group.There is a correlation between concen?trations of IMD and ESM-1 and different extent of coronary artery lesions in patients with ACS.Combined detection of IMD and ESM-1 can be helpful and effective for risk stratification of the hospitalized patients with ACS after admission.
