摘要
目的:观察复方万年青胶囊对晚期胆囊癌患者mFOLFOX6方案化疗所致不良反应的影响。方法:将186例初治晚期胆囊癌患者纳入本研究,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组及对照组,每组93例。所有患者均给予mFOLFOX6方案化疗,观察组同时给予复方万年青胶囊口服,对照组则给予安慰剂口服。治疗期间,对两组患者的各类毒副反应进行观察。治疗前后,检测两组患者外周血T细胞亚群(CD3^+及CD4^+)及免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA及IgM)含量。治疗前后,评价两组患者躯体健康、心理健康、物质生活及社会功能等生活质量评分。结果:治疗期间,观察组食欲下降、恶心呕吐、腹泻、白细胞降低、血红蛋白降低、血小板抑制、口腔黏膜损伤及肝功能异常等不良反应的发生率分别为25.8%、23.6%、19.1%、14.6%、21.3%、22.5%、7.8%及11.2%,均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组外周血中CD3^+、CD4^+、IgG、IgA及IgM含量均明显高于对照组,且躯体健康、心理健康、物质生活及社会功能评分亦明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方万年青胶囊可有效改善晚期胆囊癌患者mFOLFOX6方案化疗所致不良反应,提高患者生活质量及免疫功能。
Objective:To observe the effects of compound Wannianqing capsule on adverse reaction of advanced gallbladder carcinoma treated by mFOLFOX6 (oxaliplatin ^+ calcium folinate ^+ 5-fluorouracil) method chemotherapy. Methods:186 cases of advanced gallbladder carcinoma patients were randomly divided observation group (93 cases) and control group (93 cases). All patients were treated by mFOLFOX6 method,while compound Wannianqing capsule was treated in the observation group and placebo was given in control group. During the treatment,the adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Before and after the treatment,the levels of CD 3 ^+,CD 4 ^+,IgG,IgA and IgM were detected in the two groups,while the life quality scores were observed,including mental health,physical health,social function and material life. Results:During the treatment,the rates of appetite loss,nausea,diarrhea,leukopenia,hemoglobin reduce,platelet inhibition,oral mucosal injury and abnormal liver function were 25.8%,23.6%,19.1%,14.6%,21.3%,22.5%,7.8% and 11.2% in observation group were significantly higher than control group( P <0.05). After the treatment,the levels of CD 3 ^+,CD 4 ^+,IgG,IgA and IgM in the observation group were significantly higher than control group ( P <0.05),while the scores of mental health,physical health,social function and material life were also significantly higher in the observation group than control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion:Compound Wannianqing capsule can improve the adverse reactions of advanced gallbladder carcinoma treated by mFOLFOX6 method chemotherapy,and promote the immune function and life quality in patients.
