自源闭式能量补充井水源层防砂参数研究 被引量:3

摘要 E油田为新近投产的疏松砂岩稠油油田,原油物性较差,鉴于储层连通性差,地层能量补充较慢,生产井产量递减严重等原因,以A14井作为自源闭式能量补充井,将采出水源直接注入储层,有效补充地层能量。通过对水源层防砂方式及防砂参数的优选,并通过室内防砂效果评价实验进行验证。结果表明,自源闭式能量补充井水源层采取砾石充填防砂方式后,产出颗粒少,充填40/50目陶粒与水源层地层砂的匹配性较好,能够达到很好的防砂效果。 E oilfield is a newly-launched loose sandstone heavy oilfield. The crude oil has poor physical properties. In view of the poor connectivity of the reservoir, the slower energy supply of the formation, and the serious decline in production well production, the A14 well is used as the self-source closed energy supplement well. The produced water source is directly injected into the reservoir to effectively replenish the formation energy.Through the optimization of the sand control method and sand control parameters of the water source layer,and through the indoor sand control effect evaluation experiment. The results show that after the gravel-filled sand control method is adopted in the water source layer of the source closed energy supplement well,the produced particles are less, and the matching of 40/50 mesh ceramsite and the water source layer sand is better, which can achieve a good sand control effect.
