摘要
传统电流法平衡度所测算的平衡度无法区分电流相位所造成的“假平衡”现象,无法正确衡量整体平衡度符合率,功率法平衡度指抽油机平衡运行状态,就是指电动机在上下行程中都做正功且相等。这种方法被称为功率法平衡。可以区分电流的相位,有些负功可以直观的显示,准确性较高。对于抽油机平衡的调整有较强的可操作性。
The balance degree measured by the traditional current method cannot distinguish the"false balance"phenomenon caused by the current phase,and cannot accurately measure the overall balance degree coincidence rate.The balance degree of the power method refers to the balanced operation state of the pumping unit,that is,the motor does positive work and is equal in the up and down stroke.This method is called power balance.Can distinguish the phase of the current,some negative work can be directly displayed,the accuracy is high.The adjustment of pumping unit balance has strong maneuverability.
