摘要
间充质干细胞(MSC)是一种在治疗组织损伤和修复方面极具潜力的“种子细胞”,因而受到人们的广泛关注。目前,对于人间充质干细胞的分离、鉴定、培养方法与技术已经成熟,且在临床上的应用也在积极推进当中。相比于人源间充质干细胞,家畜间充质干细胞目前受到较少的关注,其很多重要的参数数据鲜见报道。但是,将家畜的间充质干细胞应用于临床治疗和动物养殖业中时,它能创造出的医疗价值和经济价值是非常可观的。因此,间充质干细胞在家畜上的应用,必定会对整个畜牧业有着积极促进作用。论文通过对比人与家畜间充质干细胞的分离、培养和鉴定方法,阐述家畜间充质干细胞的分离培养和鉴定,以期为相关研究提供参考和借鉴。
Since mesenchymal stem cell (MSC),also called "seed cell",is a very promising cell in the treatment of tissue damage and repair,it has attracted widespread attention.At present, mesenchymal stem cells have not been popularized because of possible side effects,and the clinical application is also being actively promoted.Compared with human mesenchymal stem cells,livestock mesenchymal stem cells have drawn less attention in the isolation and culture,and many important parameter data are rarely reported.However,livestock mesenchymal stem cells can produce great medical and economic efficiency when they are applied in clinical treatment and animal reproduction.Therefore,if mesenchymal stem cells can be applied to livestock field,it will have a positive effect on the whole animal husbandry.In this paper,comparing the isolation,culture and identification of mesenchymal stem cells between human and livestock,we attempted to provide reference for the study of livestock mesenchymal stem cells.
