摘要 本文建立了一种UPLC-MS/MS检测、内标法定量测定苹果、哈密瓜、青菜和白菜四种果蔬中草铵膦的快速方法.试样经水提取,C18小柱净化,9-芴甲基氯甲酸酯(FMOC-C1)衍生.用C18色谱柱分离,以0.1%甲酸水溶液和乙腈作为流动相进行梯度洗脱.质谱条件是正离子模式电离,多反应监测,内标法定量.结果表明,草铵膦在10~500 ng/mL内呈线性相关,R2为0.999,加标回收率为85.5% ~97.4%,相对标准偏差为3.0% ~8.2%,检出限为20μg/kg.本方法成本低廉,分析灵敏,定性定量准确,可以满足草铵膦残留量的测定. A rapid method of determination of glufosinate in apple,cantaloupe,green vegetables and Chinese Cabbage by UPLC-MS/MS and internal standard method was established.The sample was extracted by water,purified by C18 column and derived by 9-fluorene methyl chloroformate (FMOC-C1).C18 column was used for separation and gradient elution with 0.1% formic acid and acetonitrile as mobile phase.Mass spectrometry conditions are positive ion mode ionization,multi-reaction monitoring,and internal standard quantification.The results showed that glufosinate showed a linear correlation in the range of 10~1000 ng/mL,R2 was 0.999,the recovery was 85.5%~97.4%,the relative standard deviation was 3.0%~8.2%,and the detection limit was 20 μg/kg.The method has the advantages of low cost,sensitive analysis,accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis,and can be used for the determination of glufosinat residues.
