摘要
目的 探讨迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)模式对新入职护士操作能力及培训满意度的影响。方法 选取2015年7月至2018年7月本院新入职的50名护士为研究对象,按照所接受培训模式的不同等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规培训,观察组接受Mini-CEX模式培训。培训结束时,比较两组理论知识和操作技能成绩、Mini-CEX量表评分。结果 观察组理论知识及操作技能成绩均高于对照组( P < 0.05 );观察组Mini-CEX各项评分均高于对照组( P <0.05)。结论 对新入职护士采取Mini-CEX模式培训,可提高其理论知识及操作技能水平,增强其临床综合护理能力。
Objective To explore the impact of the mini clinical practice evaluation (Mini-CEX) mode on the operational ability and training satisfaction of new nurses. Methods We selected 50 nurses newly recruited in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2018 as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group with the same number of nurses according to the different training modes. The control group was given regular training, while the observation group was given Mini-CEX mode training. At the end of the training, we compared the theoretical knowledge and operational skills scores, as well as Mini-CEX scale scores of the two groups. Results The theoretical knowledge and operational skills scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group( P <0.05).The Mini-CEX scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion The training of new nurses by the Mini-CEX mode can improve their theoretical knowledge and operational skills, and enhance their clinical comprehensive nursing ability.
