摘要
解决好老旧小区改造问题不仅是一项城市管理工作,更是一项事关百姓安居乐业和城市整体形象提升的惠民工程。近年来随着人们物质生活水平的提高,人们对于居住环境的要求也越来越高,老旧小区改造成为市民关注的热点问题。作为东北老工业基地的省会城市,哈尔滨市也存在老旧小区卫生脏乱差,设施陈旧,安全隐患多,停车难等问题,通过分析哈尔滨市老旧小区的发展现状及存在的问题,探讨推进老旧小区改造的有效策略,以期为其他城市老旧小区的改造提供借鉴经验。
How to renovate old communities is not only about urban management ,but also a people-benefit project related to the improvement of the people’s livelihood and the overall image of the city. In recent years, with the improvement of people's material living conditions, people's requirements for housing living environment have become higher and higher, and the renovation of old residential areas has become a hot public issue. As a provincial capital city of the old industrial base in Northeast China, Harbin City also has old and dirty and messy communities, outdated facilities, many hidden dangers, and difficult parking problems. Therefore, this paper takes Harbin as an example to discuss the strategy of old community renovation, analyzes the development status and existing problems of the old communities in Harbin, explores how to make effective strategies to renovate old communities, with the aim of providing experience for the renovation of old communities in other cities.
