摘要
目的:分析清热解毒法治疗表皮生长因子受体抑制剂(epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitor,EGFRIs)相关皮疹的疗效。方法:检索PubM ed、The Cochrane Library、中国知网数据库、维普数据库、万方数据库,纳入符合标准的随机对照试验。由两名评价员使用Jadad量表对纳入文献进行文献质量评价,采用StataS E 14. 0软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入27篇随机对照试验文献,共1 723例患者。所纳入文献的质量评分为1~3分。Meta分析结果显示:应用清热解毒法治疗EGFRIs相关皮疹,在临床疗效[OR=8. 35,95%CI(6. 35,11. 22),P <0. 001]、中医证候疗效[OR=3. 16,95%CI(2. 00,5. 01),P <0. 001]及生存质量评分[WMD=-3. 72,95%CI(-4. 53,-2. 90),P <0. 001]方面均优于对照组。结论:清热解毒法治疗EGFRIs相关皮疹在临床疗效、中医证候改善和生存质量改善方面均优于西医常规治疗和安慰剂治疗。
Objective: To analyze the therapeutic effect of clearing heat and removing toxicity method on epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitor ( EGFRIs) related rash. Methods: PubMed, The Cochrane Library, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang databases were retrieved and included in the standard randomized controlled trials. Two evaluators used Jadad scale to evaluate the quality of the included literature, and StataSE 14. 0 software was used for meta-analysis. Results: A total of 27 randomized controlled trials involving 1 723 patients were included. The quality score of the included literature was 1 -3. Meta-analysis results showed that the therapeutic effect of clearing heat and removing toxicity method on EGFRIS-related rash was better than that of control group in clinical efficacy [OR = 8. 35,95% CI(6. 35,11.22),P <0.001 ],curative effect of TCM syndromes [ OR =3. 16,95% CI(2. 00,5.01), P <0. 001 ] and quality of life score [ WMD =-3. 72,95% CI(-4. 53,-2. 90)、P <0.001 ]. Conclusion:The treatment of EGFRIS- related rash clearing heat and removing toxicity is superior to routine treatment and placebo treatment in clinical efficacy, im? provement of TCM syndromes and improvement of quality of life.
