摘要
目的为响应国家卓越医师人才培养计划,提升医学生综合素质,探索实际、可行、有效的外科学临床基本技能教学模式。方法选取我校2015级卓越1503班60人设为对照组,2016级卓越1604班60人设为实验组。对照组实施传统模式教学,实验组实施多元化情景模拟综合训练教学。在完成所有操作项目培训后进行考核,比较两组学期末外科学基本技能考核成绩、5套题目的平均得分及学生对两种教学模式的满意度。结果两组学生在抽取的五套试题得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组学生外科基本技能单项操作成绩和班级总体成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);学生评教方面,多元化情景模拟教学获得的满意度高于传统教学,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多元化情景模拟综合训练教学能够提升外科基本技能的教学质量,充分激发学生的学习积极性和主动性,增强师生互动、交流,更易于让学生将知识内化于心并灵活应用,值得推广应用。
Objective To improve the overall quality of medical students in response to the national excellent physician training program,and to explore practical,feasible and effective teaching methods for basic clinical skills of surgery.Methods 60 students in the 2015 class of Excellence 1503 were selected as the control group,and 60 students in the 2016 class 1604 class were set as the experimental group.The control group implemented traditional mode teaching,and the experimental group implemented a comprehensive training program for multi-scenario simulation.After completing all the training of the operation project,the assessment was carried out,and the scores of the basic skills examination of the two groups at the end of the semester,the average score of the five sets of questions and the satisfaction of the students with the two teaching modes were compared.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of the five sets of test questions (P>0.05).The single operation scores of the basic skills of the experimental group and the overall grades of the students in the experimental group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);In terms of student evaluation,the satisfaction of diversified scenario simulation teaching was higher than that of traditional teaching,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified scenario simulation comprehensive training can improve the teaching quality of basic surgical skills,fully stimulate students' enthusiasm and initiative,enhance teacher-student interaction and communication,and make it easier for students to internalize knowledge and apply flexibly.It is worth promoting application.
