摘要
目的分析烧伤整形术中皮瓣修复的相关护理。方法选择72例接受皮瓣修复整形手术治疗的烧伤患者为研究对象,术中同步给予患者围术期护理干预。结果患者的皮瓣成活率97.22%,术后创面愈合良好,无并发症发生;护理后焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪均优于护理前(P<0.05);护理后生活质量及睡眠质量均优于护理前(P<0.05)。结论围术期护理干预用于烧伤整形手术患者,可保障其手术效果,改善烧伤患者的不良情绪及生活质量。
Objective To analyze the related nursing care of flap repair in burn orthopedics.Methods: Seventy-two patients with burns who underwent flap repair and plastic surgery were selected as subjects.Perioperative nursing intervention was given to patients during the operation.Results: The survival rate of the flap was 97.22%.The wound healing was good and no complications occurred.The anxiety and depression after nursing were better than those before nursing (P<0.05).The quality of life and sleep quality were better after nursing.Before treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion: Perioperative nursing intervention for patients with burn plastic surgery can ensure the surgical effect and improve the bad mood and quality of life of burn patients.
