摘要
目的比较普通扩弓与种植钉辅助上颌扩弓的临床效果。方法选取上颌宽度不足患者分为种植钉组(n=13)及普通扩弓组(n=14)。扩弓前及扩弓结束1周后拍摄CBCT影像,使用Dolphin软件分析扩弓前后磨牙间腭中缝宽度、尖牙间腭中缝宽度、磨牙间牙弓宽度、前磨牙间牙弓宽度、尖牙间牙弓宽度、磨牙倾斜角度的变化并进行评价。结果种植钉组尖牙、磨牙间腭中缝宽度增加量高于普通扩弓组( P <0.05)。种植钉组尖牙间牙弓宽度增加量高于普通扩弓组( P <0.05),且磨牙倾斜角增加量低于普通扩弓组( P <0.01)。结论种植钉辅助扩弓可以有效的扩大上颌宽度,且利于扩弓效果的维持。
Objective To provide evidence for clinical treatment by evaluating the effectiveness between normally rapid maxillary expansion and mini-implant assisted maxillary skeletal expander (MSE) in young adult patients. Methods Patients with transverse maxillary deficiency were selected and divided into 2 groups according to the expansion design:MSE group (n=13)and normal group (n=14).CBCT scans were performed before treatment and a week after expansion.The data were analyzed with Dolphin software including the width of the mid-palatal suture between the molars,the canines;the arch width between the molars,the premolars,the canines;tipping of the molars were measured before and after expansion. Results The width of the mid-palatal suture between the molars and the width between the canines increased after treatment in both groups.MSE group was more significant than normal group ( P <0.05).Change of the width between the canines in MSE group was more significant than that in normal group ( P <0.05).Increase of the tipping of the molars in normal group was more significant than that in MSE group ( P <0.01).MSE group could expand mid-palatal suture efficiently. Conclusion Mini-implant assisted palatal expansion can expand maxillary efficiently and show certain superiority in retention.
