摘要
建筑工程质量监督管理存在一些问题,如质量管理体系存在漏洞,导致整个施工过程中质量问题频出,管理效率得不到明显提升。质量监督管理人员素质不高,没有对质量管理的相关知识和技能进行全面了解,仅凭自身经验对施工项目进行质量安全监督。质量管理监督的形式过于单一,管理人员通常采用巡逻的方式进行质量安全监督管理,一些隐蔽性较强的质量安全问题很难被发现。过于追求施工速度,忽视了对安全质量的检查和监督,导致建筑工程的施工质量大幅下降。提出了提升建筑工程质量监督管理水平的举措,如完善质量管理体系,对潜在的安全质量风险进行评估,并及时采取相应的风险管理措施。提高工程质量管理人员的综合素质,要求管理人员对建筑工程的质量监督工作进行全面了解,积累管理经验。加大监督部门的监管力度,要将责任落实到个人,对违法违规行为进行严格处理。
There are some problems in the quality supervision and management of construction projects, such as the loopholes in the quality management system, which lead to frequent quality problems in the whole construction process, and the management efficiency can not be significantly improved. The quality supervision and management personnel are not of high quality. They do not have a comprehensive understanding of the relevant knowledge and skills of quality management, and only rely on their own experience to supervise the quality and safety of construction projects. The form of quality management supervision is too single. Managers usually use patrol to supervise and manage quality and safety. Some hidden quality and safety problems are difficult to find. The neglecting of inspection and supervision of safety quality leads to a significant decline in construction project quality. Measures to improve the quality supervision and management level of construction projects are put forward, such as improving the quality management system, assessing potential safety and quality risks, taking corresponding risk management measures in time, and improving the comprehensive quality of engineering quality management personnel. Management personnel are required to have a comprehensive understanding of the quality supervision of construction projects and accumulate management experience. It needs to strengthen the supervision of supervision departments, implement the responsibility to individuals and strictly deal with violations of laws and regulations.
