摘要
当前,农业、农村、农民问题依旧是关系我国国计民生的根本性问题。党的十九大报告强调,必须始终把解决好“三农”问题作为全党工作重中之重,并提出乡村振兴战略。这一战略的实施为今后一段时期我国农业农村改革发展指明了方向,也为农村职业教育的改革和发展指明了道路。改革开放40 年,我国农村职业教育发展取得了一定成就,但在办学理念、人才培养和师资队伍等方面依旧存在不足,学界对农村职业教育改革的呼声不断并展开了一系列的研究和探讨。梳理和概括1983—2018 年间农村职业教育改革方面的研究成果,从必要性、面临的困境和对策三个方面对农村职业教育改革研究展开分析论述;反思当前研究成果的不足并展望未来研究趋势,理论上对我国农村职业教育的改革和发展有一定指导意义。
At present, the issue of agricultural, rural areas and farmers is still fundamentally related to the national economy and people's livelihood in China. The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes that we must always take the "three rural issues" as the top priority of the whole party's work, and put forward the strategy of revitalizing the countryside, whose implementation has pointed out the direction of the agricultural and rural areas' reform and development in the future, and also pointed out the way for the reform and development of rural vocational education. During 40 years of reform and opening-up, we have made lots of achievements on rural vocational education reform, but there are still some deficiencies such as the school running forms, talent training and teaching staff, etc. Reform of rural vocational education has been called for many years and a series of studies and discussions has been made in academic circles. Summarizing the research outputs on the reform of rural vocational education from 1983 to 2018. Analyzing and discussing the topic from three aspects: the necessity of reforming, the dilemma situation and suggestions. Reflecting on the weakness of current research results and looking forward to the future research trend, which has a certain guiding significance in theory for the reform and development of rural vocational education in China.
