Effect of simultaneous removal of one-stage tumors and hyperplastic prostates treating superficial bladder cancer with prostatic hyperplasia

摘要 目的探讨一期肿瘤和增生前列腺同时切除治疗浅表膀胱癌合并前列腺增生的效果,为临床提供理论依据。方法采用随机数字表法将我院2015年3月~2018年3月收治的41例浅表性膀胱癌合并前列腺增生患者分成观察组(21例)与对照组(20例)。观察组采用一期肿瘤和增生前列腺同时切除治疗,对照组采用单纯作膀胱肿瘤电切治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后的国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)低于对照组,残余尿流量少于对照组,最大尿流率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的复发率(4.76%)显著低于对照组(30.00%)(P<0.05)。结论一期肿瘤和增生前列腺同时切除治疗浅表膀胱癌合并前列腺增生能解除下尿路梗阻,显著降低复发率。 Objective To study the effect of simultaneous removal of one-stage tumors and hyperplastic prostates treating superficial bladder cancer with prostatic hyperplasia.Methods All of 41 patients superficial bladder cancer with prostatic hyperplasia treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2018 were divided into the observation group (n=21) and control group (n=20) by the random number table method.The observation group was given simultaneous removal of one-stage tumors and prostates,while the control group was given simple electrosurgical treatment of bladder tumors.The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the IPSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the residual urine flow was less than that of the control group,and the maximum urine flow rate was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group (4.76%) was significantly lower than that of the control group (30.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Simultaneous removal of one-stage tumors and hyperplastic prostates treating superficial bladder cancer with prostatic hyperplasia can relieve the lower urinary tract obstruction and reduce the recurrence rate obviously.
