摘要
目的探究多层螺旋CT对急性阑尾炎的诊断与分型的临床价值。方法方便选取该院2017年1月—2018年8月收治的84例急性阑尾炎患者,全部患者都接受螺旋CT检查,将多层螺旋CT检查结果与手术病理检查的完整可辨别型、阑尾结构不清晰型、团块型、阑尾结构难辨别型、单纯性、急性化脓性、坏疽穿孔性阑尾炎与阑尾脓肿予以比较分析。结果螺旋CT检查与病理检查急性阑尾炎在完整可辨别型、阑尾结构不清晰型、团块型以及阑尾结构难辨别型方面的对比差异无统计学意(P>0.05);多层螺旋CT诊断性阑尾炎准确78例,准确率92.86%(78/84);多层螺旋CT检查在单纯性、急性化脓性、坏疽穿孔性阑尾炎与阑尾脓肿检查结果方面与病理检查对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT对急性阑尾炎的诊断价值较高,可使临床诊断准确率显著提高,可准确判断阑尾炎病症的严重程度与类型,在临床上有显著的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis and classification of acute appendicitis. Methods 84 patients with acute appendicitis admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to August 2018 were convenient selected and enrolled. All patients underwent spiral CT examination. The results of multi-slice spiral CT examination and surgical pathological examination were completely discernible and the structure of the appendix was unclear type, agglomerate, appendix structure difficult to distinguish, simple, acute suppurative, gangrenous perforated appendicitis and appendix abscess were compared and analyzed. Results Spiral CT examination and pathological examination of acute appendicitis in the complete discernible type, the appendix structure is unclear, agglomerate and the appendix structure difficult to distinguish the difference is not statistically significant (P>0.05);multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis appendicitis was accurate in 78 cases, and the accuracy rate was 92.86%(78/84). There was no statistically significant difference in the results of multi-slice spiral CT examination between simple, acute suppurative, gangrenous perforated appendicitis and appendicitis abscess and pathological examination (P>0.05). Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT has a high diagnostic value for acute appendicitis, which can significantly improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis. It can accurately determine the severity and type of appendicitis and has significant clinical value.
