摘要
以全生命周期过程造价管理为研究,分析了各阶段造价管理现状,并对公路工程项目的综合造价精细化管理进行了研究,通过分析公路工程造价管理现状,全面分析工程造价管理不同环节的发展现状。结合BIM技术核心内容,确定BIM技术能够增强公路工程造价管理的效率和准确性,实现协同集成管理造价数据、造价信息共享的目标。分别对招投标、设计、施工建造以及竣工移交4个阶段深入分析公路工程造价管理过程中使用BIM技术的具体情况,同时确定详细的造价管理流程,协同各个环节之间同步工作,有效控制公路工程造价,确保造价管理能够趋于流程化、精细化和标准化。
This paper takes the cost management of the whole life cycle process as the research object,analyses the current situation of cost management in each stage,and studies the comprehensive cost fine management of highway engineering projects.By analyzing the current situation of highway engineering cost management,the bidding stage,design stage and construction stage of each link of engineering cost management are discussed.The status quo of completion settlement stage is analyzed.Combining with the core content of BIM technology,it is pointed out that the value of BIM technology in highway engineering cost management is to improve the accuracy and efficiency of measurement,to realize cost information sharing,to integrate cost data management,and to cooperate with other specialties based on BIM technology.Starting from the bidding stage,design stage,construction stage and completion transfer stage,this paper analyses the specific application of BIM technology in highway engineering cost management,and puts forward the cost management process based on BIM technology platform,realizing the cooperation of all participants in cost,design and construction,and effectively carrying out the highway engineering cost.Control,realize the standardization,refinement and process of cost management.
