摘要
机械液压系统参数存在着难辨识,原理复杂难以精确定量计算的特点,在仿真中关键参数通常依靠人工进行大量重复的试错性质的参数整定。为实现某型坦克抢救车起吊装置的参数辨识,在传统机械臂动力学分析及液压模型分析的基础上,提出了一种基于自适应变异遗传算法及人工免疫算法的多种群混合生物算法,于Simhydraulic中建立结构合理的机械液压模型,实现了合理的联合参数辨识。并在搭载了联合传感器采集系统的实车实验平台上进行了实验,通过自洽的评价体系评估了模型合理性。通过实验验证,上述方法切实可行,取得了比较好的辨识效果。
Parameters of mechanical hydraulic system,as a challenge for identification and accurately quantitative calculation due to complex principle,always need to be determined upon a great number of simple and repetitive ex periments.In order to identify lifting device parameters of given armored recovery vehicle,a multi-population hy brid biological algorithm based on adaptive mutation genetic algorithm and artificial immune algorithm is presented in this article.By integrating such algorithm with simulation of SimHydraulic hydraulic system,coupling mechanical pa rameters of complex mechanical hydraulic system can be directly identified effectively as experimentally verified.
