紫铜电极精密加工中尺寸误差分析及改善对策

摘要 随着科技水平的提升,机械产品日趋精密、复杂,人们对于复杂型腔零件的加工工艺也提出了更高的要求,以电火花加工为主的特种加工方法得以广泛使用.为进一步提高精度,避免电极的加工工艺误差、加工尺寸误差、原点偏移误差、装夹误差以及刀具的热胀冷缩误差等对电极加工的影响,通过对电极样件尺寸误差的分析来调整工艺,制定改进措施. With the improvement of science and technology,mechanical products are becoming more sophisticated and complex. Higher requirements are put forward for the processing process of complex cavity parts. Special machining methods based on EDM have been widely used. In order to further improve the precision,avoid size machining errors,origin offset errors,loading errors and cutting tool hot and cold shrinkage errors and other's effects on the electrode machining in electrode machining process,the process was adjusted by analyzing the size errors of electrode sample and the improvement measures were formulated.
