内固定技术治疗肱骨大结节骨折临床研究 被引量:2

Clinical effect study on the avulsion fracture of greater tubercle of humerus

摘要 目的:探讨内固定技术治疗肱骨大结节撕脱性骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取65例患者,随机两组(接骨板内固定组和锚钉内固定组),分别给予接骨板固定手术和锚钉固定手术。结果:接骨板内固定组有效率86.6%,无复发,无不良反应。锚钉内固定组有效率77.2%,无复发,有2例不良反应。此外,接骨板内固定组和锚钉内固定组患者相比,肩关节疼痛与活动范围均有改善。结论:接骨板内固定手术方法在肱骨大结节撕脱性骨折的治疗上,与锚钉内固定方法相比,具有较高的安全性和显著的疗效。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of avulsion fracture of greater tubercle of humerus.We can provide a safety evaluation for further clinical application.Methods:65 patients with avulsion fracture of greater tubercle of humeruswere enrolled in this study,which were treated with bone plate internal fixation and anchor internal fixation.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results:After 1 months of treatment,the bone plate internal fixation of patients were improved better than that of anchor internal fixation.The clinical curative effect evaluation shows that bone plate internal fixation treatment effect was significantly better than anchor internal fixation.Conciusion:The detection of bone plate internal fixation has clinical significance in the diagnosisunder this experimental conditions.
