摘要
桉树人工林与土壤微生物之间的关系是桉树研究的重要方向之一。本文针对近年来因桉树人工林单一无性系大面积造林所引起的社会质疑及争论,就林下土壤微生物多样性进行总结,内容包括土壤微生物多样性影响因素、研究方法、桉树纯林与混交林研究现状等,并提出桉树林下土壤微生物未来研究方向,为桉树人工林可持续发展和生态环境保护提供科学依据。
The relationship between Eucalyptus plantations and soil microorganisms has been one of the more important directions of Eucalyptus research. In this paper, in view of the social doubts and disputes caused by large-scale plantations of single clones of Eucalyptus in recent years, soil microbial diversity under eucalypt plantation forests, including the factors influencing soil microbial diversity, research methods and current research status in pure and mixed plantations of Eucalyptus is summarized. Information on the current status of research and the future research direction of soil microbe research in Eucalyptus plantations, along with recommendations offered on future directions for such research, will provide a scientific basis for the future sustainable development and ecological environment protection of eucalyptus plantations.
