摘要
目的探讨在腹部恶性肿瘤患者的围手术期治疗中应用心理疏导是否具有很高的价值。方法选取我院收治的腹部恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象。采取对照实验方法,参考组患者采取传统治疗方式,观察组在以上基础上,进行专门性心理疏导,主要干预方法包括对患者进行友好宣传教育,提高患者对于疾病的认知度;进行积极的护患沟通,进行相同时间心理疏导后,对两组患者进行采访,分析、比较两组患者的心理状况及生活质量情况。结果观察组的心理状况评分及生活质量评分均优于参考组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理疏导应用于腹部恶性肿瘤患者的治疗,能够将改善围手术期状态,能够有效改善患者的心理状况,同时提高了生活质量。
Objective To explore the value of psychological counseling in perioperative treatment of abdominal malignant tumors. Methods The patients with abdominal malignant tumors admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects. The control experiment method was adopted. The reference group was treated with traditional therapy. The observation group was given special psychological counseling on the basis of the above. The main intervention methods include friendly propaganda and education for patients to improve their awareness of the disease. After active communication between nurses and patients and psychological counseling at the same time, two groups of patients were interviewed to analyze and compare their psychological status and quality of life. Results The psychological status score and quality of life score of the observation group were better than those of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of psychological counseling in the treatment of patients with abdominal malignant tumors can improve the perioperative state, improve the personality characteristics of patients effectively, and improve the quality of life.
