摘要
目的:研究中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比例(NLR)、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)、白介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)水平与非小细胞肺癌预后的相关性。方法:选取2016年2月至2018年2月在我院确诊并进行手术治疗的非小细胞肺癌患者50例,取所有患者手术切除癌组织标本以及与癌组织距离5 cm以上的癌旁组织制作标本,之后进行免疫组化标记以及革兰染色,进行NLR水平检测,酶联免疫吸附法检测IL-6、TNF-α水平,双抗体夹心法检测VEGF水平。结果:癌组织中NLR、VEGF、IL-6、TNF-α水平显著高于癌旁组织中NLR、VEGF、IL-6、TNF-α水平,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。非小细胞肺癌患者术前NLR、VEGF、IL-6、TNF-α水平与性别、年龄无关,与病理分期、淋巴结转移情况、肿瘤体积以及分化程度有关,Ⅲ期、有淋巴结转移、肿瘤体积较大以及分化程度较低的患者NLR、VEGF、IL-6、TNF-α水平较高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。术前NLR、VEGF、IL-6、TNF-α水平与非小细胞肺癌预后呈正相关,具有统计学差异(P <0. 05)。结论:NLR、VEGF、IL-6、TNF-α在非小细胞肺癌中均呈异常表达,与非小细胞肺癌患者的预后密切相关。
Objective:To study the correlation between the ratio of neutrophil to lymphocyte(NLR),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and the prognosis of NSCLC.Methods:Fifty patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) who were diagnosed and treated surgically in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected.All the resected cancer tissues and normal tissues adjacent to the cancer tissues more than 5 cm were taken as samples.Immunohistochemical staining and Gram staining were used to detect the level of NLR and ELISA.The levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were detected by adsorption,and VEGF level was detected by double antibody sandwich method.Results:The levels of NLR,VEGF,IL-6 and TNF-α in cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).The levels of NLR,VEGF,IL-6 and TNF-α in patients with non-small cell lung cancer before operation were not related to gender and age,but to pathological stage,lymph node metastasis,tumor volume and differentiation degree.The levels of NLR,VEGF,IL-6 and TNF-α were higher in patients with Ⅲ stage,lymph node metastasis,larger tumor volume and lower differentiation degree.There was statistical significance(P<0.05).The levels of NLR,VEGF,IL-6 and TNF-α were positively correlated with the prognosis of NSCLC(P<0.05).Conclusion:NLR,VEGF,IL-6 and TNF-α are all abnormally expressed in NSCLC and are closely related to the prognosis of NSCLC patients.
