摘要
本文通过对合并低蛋白血症的重症患者使用高蛋白结合率抗菌药物后体内药代动力学与药效学的研究进行综述,为临床优化抗菌药物治疗、提高疗效、减少药品不良反应和住院时间及降低住院成本提供方案,为抗菌药物在合并低蛋白血症重症患者中的合理应用提供参考。
This article reviewed the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of antibacterial in critically ill patients with hypoproteinemia, and hope to help clinically optimize the efficacy of antibacterial, reduce adverse drug reactions and hospital stays, reduce hospitalization costs, and provide a reference for the rational application of highly albumin-bound antibacterial drugs in patients with hypoproteinemia.
