摘要
为解明高能重离子射线辐照家蚕生殖腺所产生的突变效应,以不同剂量的12C^5+射线分别辐照家蚕幼虫不同发育时期、不同性别的生殖腺部位,以次代幼虫斑纹突变为依据鉴定辐照后代的突变率。结果显示,高能12C^5+射线辐照家蚕幼虫生殖腺部位,可以高效诱发后代突变,对于同一发育阶段的幼虫,在1~9 Gy剂量范围内,造卵数及产卵数随幅照剂量增加而减少,而后代斑纹突变率在1~5 Gy剂量范围内随辐照剂量增加而升高;与熟蚕相比,4龄第3天幼虫辐照后诱发的后代突变率较高;家蚕幼虫辐照后诱发的突变率存在性别差异,雄性的突变率高于雌性。结果表明,对家蚕生殖腺部位进行重离子射线辐照是获得家蚕突变体的有效方法。
To investigate the mutation effect of high energy heavy ion beam radiation on Bombyx mori gonad, the gonads of different periods and sexes were irradiated with different doses of 12C^5+ ion beam. The mutation rate in sub generation can be acquired according to marking mutants in larvae. Results showed that high energy 12C^5+ ion beam irradiation could efficiently cause the marking mutation in sub generation. For larvae at the same developmental stage, the number of eggs produced and the number of eggs laid per moth decreased with the rise of irradiation dose in the range of 1 to 9 Gy, while the mutation rate in sub generation increased with the rise of irradiation dose in the range of 1 to 5 Gy. Compared with the larvae irradiated at wandering stage, higher mutation rate in sub generation was observed when irradiating on the 3 rd day of 4 th instar larvae. The mutation rate of larvae induced by irradiation was different from male to female, and was higher in male than in female. The results indicate that heavy ion beam irradiation is an effective way to obtain silkworm mutants.
