基于某型柴油机在耐久试验中异常停机的分析及改进

摘要 随着发动机技术的发展及国家绿色环保战略的实施,高的爆发压力、高的排放标准使得对柴油机的要求日益严苛,同时对于柴油机各个零部件的可靠性要求也越来越高。我们针对某型柴油机在耐久试验中出现异常停机,对整机的零部件进行拆解分析发现排气门断裂,通过对气道试漏数据的追踪,对批次排气门关键尺寸及硬度的排查,失效气门的断口分析以及气门温度场的实验,得出排气门因过高温度导致断裂,提出优化上下水套间节流孔尺寸以及改进排气门材料来解决这一问题,并在台架耐久试验中得到了充分的验证,为柴油机异常停机的失效模式提供了参考。 With the development of engine technology and the implementation of national green environmental protection strategy, high bursting pressure and high emission standards make the requirements on diesel engines increasingly stringent, and meanwhile, the reliability of various diesel components is also increasingly high. Aiming at the abnormal downtime in the endurance test of a certain type of diesel engine, and parts of the machine disassembly analysis found that the exhaust valve fracture, through tracking of airway leakage test data, the batch key size and hardness of the exhaust valve, the analysis of fracture failure of the valve temperature field experiments, it is concluded that the exhaust valve fracture caused by high temperature. The optimization of inner hole size of water jacket and the improvement of exhaust valve material are proposed to solve this problem, which has been made full verification in the rig endurance test, and provides reference for the diesel engine, the failure mode of abnormal shutdown.
